By creating an account or using the service you agree to what is written here, to the extent permitted by the mandatory law of your country.
መተግበሪያው ምን ያደርጋል
Lymark overlays time, date, weekday, address and a code on a photo or video, producing a new file with those facts in the pixels. On request it issues a file-integrity seal — whether the JPEG or MP4 is still the one that left the app — without certifying the scene. It is a field-record and proof-of-service tool.
መተግበሪያው ምን አያደርግም
ይህ ነጥብ ከእነዚህ አንቀጾች ውስጥ በጣም አስፈላጊ ነው እናም በጥንቃቄ እንዲያነቡት እንጠይቃለን ።

- አድራሻው ግምታዊ ነው።ትክክለኛነቱ በጂፒኤስ ምልክት እና በኦፕሬቲንግ ሲስተም ካርታ አገልግሎት ላይ ባለው የመረጃ ቋት ላይ የተመሠረተ ነው።
- የፎቶ ኮድ በኖተሪ ቢሮ ውስጥ የተመዘገበ አይደለም ።ይህ የውስጥ ማጣቀሻ ለሆነ የዘፈቀደ መለየት ነው, ምንም ዓይነት ማስረጃ ዋጋ የለውም.
- The seal attests the file, not the scene. It checks whether the file changed after leaving Lymark. It does not prove that what appears in the picture happened, and it does not replace a notary, a notarial deed, C2PA or an ICP-Brasil certificate.
- Sending via WhatsApp or another chat may recompress the file. The ink on the image usually survives; checking the seal needs the original file, not the chat preview.

ኃላፊነቶችህ
- እርስዎ ለሚያነሱት ፎቶዎች፣ በእነሱ ላይ ለሚሰጡት ይዘት እና ለተፈጠሩ ፋይሎች ለሚጠቀሙበት ብቸኛ ኃላፊነት አለብዎት ።
- ሌሎች ሰዎችን፣ ንብረታቸውን ወይም ቦታዎቻቸውን ሲነሱ አስፈላጊውን ፈቃድ ማግኘት እና ምስል መብቶችን፣ የሙያ ሚስጥራዊነትን እና የተገለጹትን የግል መረጃዎች ጥበቃን በተመለከተ አጠቃላይ ህግን መጠበቅ የእርስዎ ነው።
- መተግበሪያውን የሐሰት መዝገብ ለማዘጋጀት ፣ ማንንም ለማታለል ፣ ያልተሰጠውን አገልግሎት አፈፃፀም ለመምሰል ወይም ማንኛውም ሕገወጥ ድርጊት ለመፈጸም መጠቀም የተከለከለ ነው።
- አስፈላጊ እንደሆነ የምታስብበትን ነገር ሁሉ የመጠባበቂያ ቅጂ ማድረግ በራስህ ላይ የተመሠረተ ነው። መተግበሪያው ውስን የሆነ የአካባቢ ታሪክ ይይዛል፤ ይህም የመጠባበቂያ ቅጂ አይደለም።
የመጠቀም ፈቃድ
መተግበሪያውን ለመጫን እና ለመጠቀም የግል ፣ ሊሰረዝ የሚችል ፣ ብቸኛ ያልሆነ እና የማይተላለፍ ፈቃድ እንሰጥዎታለን ፣ ይህም ለሙያ ዓላማዎችም ጭምር ነው። መተግበሪያውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል ማባከን ፣ ማሻሻል ፣ እንደገና ማሰራጨት ወይም ንግድ ማድረግ አይፈቀድም ።
ፎቶዎችህ የእናንተ ናቸው።በምትቀበሉት ወይም በሚፈጥሯቸው ምስሎች ላይ ምንም መብት አንጠይቅም የሊማርክ ስም፣ የምርት ስም እና የእይታ ማንነት የገንቢው ንብረት ሆነው ይቆያሉ።
ተደራሽነት እና ዝማኔዎች
መተግበሪያው እንደነበረው ሆኖ የቀረበ ነው. የማያቋርጥ ሥራ, ከእያንዳንዱ እና ከእያንዳንዱ መሣሪያ ጋር ተኳሃኝነት ምንም ዓይነት ዋስትና የለም, እንዲሁም ለአስተካከያዎች ወይም ለአዳዲስ ስሪቶች ምንም ዓይነት የጊዜ ገደብ የለም.
የተላከው ምስል ጥራት በምርቱ እና በኦፕሬቲንግ ሲስተሙ ላይ የተመካ ሲሆን ከመጀመሪያው ፎቶግራፍ ያነሰ ጥራት ሊኖረው ይችላል።
የኃላፊነት ገደብ
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data or harm from decisions taken on the stamp or the seal — including a dispute over a photo’s content.
This limit does not waive mandatory consumer rights: in Brazil, Law 8.078/1990; in the EU and EEA, EU consumer law; in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act; in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law; and any mandatory rule of your country. It also does not waive intent or gross negligence.
ማቋረጥ
You may stop at any time: deleting the account erases its server data; uninstalling removes what was on the device. Pro is cancelled where the subscription was made: on the account page, if made through the site, or on Google Play, if made through the Android app. Pro then runs until the end of the period already paid. There is no surprise yearly charge on someone who chose monthly.

Brazilian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and data-protection rules of the country of residence. Forum: the consumer’s domicile; otherwise Santos, Brazil.
Account, quota and subscription
The account is personal. The free plan allows twelve sealed exports in the life of the account, with no card. Lymark Pro lifts that cap while the subscription is paid, at the price of the country of access, charged by the payment processor. Yearly and monthly are distinct choices at checkout — one does not become the other without you choosing.
The price is shown before you pay. Cancellation: any time, for the future; no refund of the period already paid, except where mandatory consumer law requires it (withdrawal, service failure, defect). For a subscription made through the Android app, Google Play is the one that charges you, and a refund request also follows Google Play’s policy. Taxes and the payment method follow the processor and the law of the billing country.
Territory
The service is offered where offering it is lawful. We may refuse, suspend or limit accounts in sanctioned territories or where the offer would break applicable law. That is not a political judgement on regimes: it is the legal limit of the person providing the service.
