These terms govern the Lymark app (com.lycosteam.lymark) and this site, offered by 29.015.357 AMAD ALI HAMMOUD, CNPJ 29.015.357/0001-25, Avenida Ana Costa, 433, Gonzaga, Santos - SP. By creating an account or using the service you agree to what is written here, to the extent permitted by the mandatory law of your country.
ما يفعله التطبيق
Lymark overlays time, date, weekday, address and a code on a photo or video, producing a new file with those facts in the pixels. On request it issues a file-integrity seal — whether the JPEG or MP4 is still the one that left the app — without certifying the scene. It is a field-record and proof-of-service tool.
ما لا يفعله التطبيق
هذا البند هو الأهم في هذه الشروط، ونرجو قراءته بانتباه.
- التطبيق لا يصدّق على شيء ولا يوثّق شيئًا. فهو ليس خبرة فنية، ولا يصدر مستندًا له حجية رسمية، ولا يشكّل دليل خبرة. والختم يسجّل ما أُدخل في لحظة الالتقاط — ولا يشهد على صحّته.
- كل الحقول قابلة للتعديل من المستخدم. فالوقت والتاريخ والعنوان والرمز يمكن تغييرها بحرية قبل التصدير، بقرار تصميمي: المهني يحتاج أن يكون قادرًا على تصحيح عنوان أخطأ فيه GPS. والنتيجة أن القيمة المختومة تعكس ما قرّر المستخدم ختمه.
- الوقت يأتي من ساعة الجهاز، التي قد تكون غير صحيحة أو مضبوطة يدويًا. ولا توجد مزامنة مع خادم وقت موثوق.
- العنوان تقدير. والدقة تعتمد على إشارة GPS وعلى قاعدة بيانات مزوّد الخرائط في نظام التشغيل.
- رمز الصورة ليس تسجيلًا لدى كاتب عدل. فهو معرّف عشوائي للإشارة الداخلية، بلا أي قيمة إثباتية.
- The seal attests the file, not the scene. It checks whether the file changed after leaving Lymark. It does not prove that what appears in the picture happened, and it does not replace a notary, a notarial deed, C2PA or an ICP-Brasil certificate.
- Sending via WhatsApp or another chat may recompress the file. The ink on the image usually survives; checking the seal needs the original file, not the chat preview.
وإذا كانت حالة استخدامك تقتضي دليلًا بقيمة قانونية يمكن الاحتجاج بها على الغير، فاطلب محضرًا موثَّقًا لدى كاتب عدل أو خدمة تصديق رقمي بطابع زمني — فـ Lymark لا يحل محل أي منهما.
مسؤولياتك
- أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن الصور التي تلتقطها، وعن المحتوى الذي تختمه عليها، وعن استخدامك للملفات الناتجة.
- عند تصوير أشخاص أو ممتلكات أو أماكن تابعة للغير، عليك أنت الحصول على التصاريح اللازمة ومراعاة الحق في الصورة والسرّ المهني والقانون العام لحماية البيانات الشخصية تجاه أصحاب البيانات المصوَّرين.
- يُحظر استخدام التطبيق لتلفيق قيد كاذب، أو لتضليل أحد، أو لمحاكاة تنفيذ خدمة لم تُنفَّذ، أو لممارسة أي عمل غير مشروع.
- عليك أنت الاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطية لما تعتبره مهمًّا. فالتطبيق يحفظ سجلًا محليًا محدودًا، وهو ليس نسخة احتياطية.
ترخيص الاستخدام
نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا، قابلًا للسحب، غير حصري، وغير قابل للنقل، لتثبيت التطبيق واستخدامه، بما في ذلك للأغراض المهنية. ولا يُسمح بفك تجميع التطبيق أو تعديله أو إعادة توزيعه أو بيعه تجاريًا، كليًّا أو جزئيًّا.
صورك لك. ولا ندّعي أي حق على الصور التي تلتقطها أو تُنشئها. أما اسم Lymark وعلامته وهويته البصرية فتبقى ملكًا للمطوّر.
التوافر والتحديثات
يُقدَّم التطبيق على حالته كما هي. ولا يوجد ضمان لعمل متواصل دون انقطاع، ولا للتوافق مع كل جهاز، ولا التزام بمدة للإصلاحات أو الإصدارات الجديدة. والميزات قد تُغيَّر أو تُوقَف.
وجودة الصورة المصدَّرة تعتمد على الجهاز وعلى نظام التشغيل، وقد تكون بدقّة أقل من الصورة الأصلية.
حدود المسؤولية
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data or harm from decisions taken on the stamp or the seal — including a dispute over a photo’s content.
This limit does not waive mandatory consumer rights: in Brazil, Law 8.078/1990; in the EU and EEA, EU consumer law; in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act; in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law; and any mandatory rule of your country. It also does not waive intent or gross negligence.
إنهاء الاستخدام
You may stop at any time: deleting the account erases its server data; uninstalling removes what was on the device. Pro is cancelled where the subscription was made: on the account page, if made through the site, or on Google Play, if made through the Android app. Pro then runs until the end of the period already paid. There is no surprise yearly charge on someone who chose monthly.

القانون المطبَّق والاختصاص القضائي
Brazilian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and data-protection rules of the country of residence. Forum: the consumer’s domicile; otherwise Santos, Brazil.
Account, quota and subscription
The account is personal. The free plan allows twelve sealed exports in the life of the account, with no card. Lymark Pro lifts that cap while the subscription is paid, at the price of the country of access, charged by the payment processor. Yearly and monthly are distinct choices at checkout — one does not become the other without you choosing.
The price is shown before you pay. Cancellation: any time, for the future; no refund of the period already paid, except where mandatory consumer law requires it (withdrawal, service failure, defect). For a subscription made through the Android app, Google Play is the one that charges you, and a refund request also follows Google Play’s policy. Taxes and the payment method follow the processor and the law of the billing country.
Territory
The service is offered where offering it is lawful. We may refuse, suspend or limit accounts in sanctioned territories or where the offer would break applicable law. That is not a political judgement on regimes: it is the legal limit of the person providing the service.
