These terms govern the Lymark app (com.lycosteam.lymark) and this site, offered by 29.015.357 AMAD ALI HAMMOUD, CNPJ 29.015.357/0001-25, Avenida Ana Costa, 433, Gonzaga, Santos - SP. By creating an account or using the service you agree to what is written here, to the extent permitted by the mandatory law of your country.
Què fa l'aplicació
Lymark overlays time, date, weekday, address and a code on a photo or video, producing a new file with those facts in the pixels. On request it issues a file-integrity seal — whether the JPEG or MP4 is still the one that left the app — without certifying the scene. It is a field-record and proof-of-service tool.
Què no fa l'aplicació
Aquest punt és el més important d'aquests termes, i ens demanem que el llegiu amb atenció.
- L'aplicació no certifica ni autentica res.No és un examen forense, no emet un нөхí de fe pública i no constitueix proves d'experts.
- Cada camp és editable per l'usuari.L'hora, la data, l'adreça i el codi es poden canviar lliurement abans d'exportar, per disseny: el professional ha de ser capaç de corregir una adreça que el GPS s'ha equivocat.
- L'hora arriba des del rellotge del dispositiu, que poden ser incorrectes o poden haver estat нөх. No hi ha sincronizació amb un servidor de temps de confiança.
- L'adreça és una estimació.La seva exactitud depèn de la senyals GPS i de la base de dades del servei de mapes del sistema operatiu.
- El codi de foto no és un registre en una oficina de notari.És un identificador aleatori per a referència interna, sense cap valor de prova.
- The seal attests the file, not the scene. It checks whether the file changed after leaving Lymark. It does not prove that what appears in the picture happened, and it does not replace a notary, a notarial deed, C2PA or an ICP-Brasil certificate.
- Sending via WhatsApp or another chat may recompress the file. The ink on the image usually survives; checking the seal needs the original file, not the chat preview.
Si el seu cas d'ús requereix proves amb força legal contra tercers, sol·liciteu un acte notari o un servei de certificació digital amb un timbre de temps Lymark és un substitut per a cap de les dues.
Les seves responsabilitats
- Vostè és únicament responsable de les fotografies que captura, del contingut que marca en elles i de l'ús que fa dels arxius generats.
- Quan fotografies altres persones, la seva propietat o les seves instal·lacions, és de tu obtenir les autorizacions necessàries i observar els drets d'imatge, el secret professional i la Llei General de Protecció de Dades Personales en relació amb els subjectes de dades retratats.
- És prohibit utilitzar l'aplicació per fabricar нөх records falsos, per enganxar qualsevol persona, per simulare la prestació d'un servei que no es va prestar o per realitzar qualsevol acte il·legal.
- És a tu que cal guardar les copies de нөх de tot el que consideres important.
Licència d'ús
Us concedim una llicència personal, revogable, no exclusiva i no transferible per instal·lar i utilitzar l'aplicació, incloent-hi fins professionals. No està permès descompillar, modificar, redistribuir o comercialitzar l'aplicació, total o parcial.
Les teves fotografies són teves.No reclamem cap dret sobre les imatges que captegueu o genereu. El nom, la marca i la identitat visual de Lymark segueixen sent propietat del desenvolupador.
Disponibilitat i actualitzacions
L'aplicació es proporciona tal com és. No hi ha cap garantia de funcionament continu, de compatibilitat amb cada dispositiu, ni cap compromís amb un termini per a correccions o noves versions.
La qualitat de la imatge exportada depèn del dispositiu i del sistema operatiu, i pot ser de menor resolució que la fotografia original.
Limitació de responsabilitat
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data or harm from decisions taken on the stamp or the seal — including a dispute over a photo’s content.
This limit does not waive mandatory consumer rights: in Brazil, Law 8.078/1990; in the EU and EEA, EU consumer law; in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act; in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law; and any mandatory rule of your country. It also does not waive intent or gross negligence.
Terminament
You may stop at any time: deleting the account erases its server data; uninstalling removes what was on the device. Pro is cancelled where the subscription was made: on the account page, if made through the site, or on Google Play, if made through the Android app. Pro then runs until the end of the period already paid. There is no surprise yearly charge on someone who chose monthly.

L'aplicació de la llei i el forum
Brazilian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and data-protection rules of the country of residence. Forum: the consumer’s domicile; otherwise Santos, Brazil.
Account, quota and subscription
The account is personal. The free plan allows twelve sealed exports in the life of the account, with no card. Lymark Pro lifts that cap while the subscription is paid, at the price of the country of access, charged by the payment processor. Yearly and monthly are distinct choices at checkout — one does not become the other without you choosing.
The price is shown before you pay. Cancellation: any time, for the future; no refund of the period already paid, except where mandatory consumer law requires it (withdrawal, service failure, defect). For a subscription made through the Android app, Google Play is the one that charges you, and a refund request also follows Google Play’s policy. Taxes and the payment method follow the processor and the law of the billing country.
Territory
The service is offered where offering it is lawful. We may refuse, suspend or limit accounts in sanctioned territories or where the offer would break applicable law. That is not a political judgement on regimes: it is the legal limit of the person providing the service.
