These terms govern the Lymark app (com.lycosteam.lymark) and this site, offered by 29.015.357 AMAD ALI HAMMOUD, CNPJ 29.015.357/0001-25, Avenida Ana Costa, 433, Gonzaga, Santos - SP. By creating an account or using the service you agree to what is written here, to the extent permitted by the mandatory law of your country.
Τι κάνει η εφαρμογή
Lymark overlays time, date, weekday, address and a code on a photo or video, producing a new file with those facts in the pixels. On request it issues a file-integrity seal — whether the JPEG or MP4 is still the one that left the app — without certifying the scene. It is a field-record and proof-of-service tool.
Τι δεν κάνει η εφαρμογή

- Κάθε πεδίο είναι επεξεργαστέο από τον χρήστη.Η ώρα, η ημερομηνία, η διεύθυνση και ο κωδικός μπορούν να αλλάξουν ελεύθερα πριν από την εξαγωγή, με σχεδιασμό: ο επαγγελματίας πρέπει να είναι σε θέση να διορθώσει μια διεύθυνση που το GPS έχει κάνει λάθος.

- The seal attests the file, not the scene. It checks whether the file changed after leaving Lymark. It does not prove that what appears in the picture happened, and it does not replace a notary, a notarial deed, C2PA or an ICP-Brasil certificate.
- Sending via WhatsApp or another chat may recompress the file. The ink on the image usually survives; checking the seal needs the original file, not the chat preview.

Οι ευθύνες σας
- Είστε αποκλειστικά υπεύθυνοι για τις φωτογραφίες που καταγράφετε, για το περιεχόμενο που τα πινακίζετε και για τη χρήση των αρχείων που παράγονται.
- Όταν φωτογραφίζετε άλλους ανθρώπους, τα υπάρχοντά τους ή τις εγκαταστάσεις τους, εξαρτάται από εσάς να λάβετε τις απαραίτητες εξουσιοδοτήσεις και να τηρείτε τα δικαιώματα εικόνας, το επαγγελματικό απόρρητο και τον γενικό νόμο περί προστασίας των δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα σε σχέση με τα υποκείμενα των δεδομένων που απεικονίζονται.
- Η χρήση της εφαρμογής για την κατασκευή ψευδούς αρχείου, για την παραπλάνηση οποιονδήποτε, για την προσομοίωση της εκτέλεσης μιας υπηρεσίας που δεν παρέχθηκε ή για την εκτέλεση οποιασδήποτε παράνομης πράξης απαγορεύεται.
- Η εφαρμογή διατηρεί περιορισμένο τοπικό ιστορικό, το οποίο δεν είναι αντίγραφο ασφαλείας.
Άδειες χρήσης
Σας χορηγούμε μια προσωπική, ανακλησιώδη, μη αποκλειστική και μη μεταβιβάσιμη άδεια για την εγκατάσταση και χρήση της εφαρμογής, συμπεριλαμβανομένων επαγγελματικών σκοπών.
Οι φωτογραφίες σου είναι δικές σου.Δεν διεκδικούμε κανένα δικαίωμα στις εικόνες που καταγράφετε ή δημιουργείτε.
Διαθεσιμότητα και ενημερώσεις
Η εφαρμογή παρέχεται όπως είναι. Δεν υπάρχει εγγύηση αδιάκοπης λειτουργίας, συμβατότητας με κάθε συσκευή, ούτε δεσμεύεται για προθεσμία για διορθώσεις ή νέες εκδόσεις.
Η ποιότητα της εξαγόμενης εικόνας εξαρτάται από την συσκευή και το λειτουργικό σύστημα και μπορεί να έχει χαμηλότερη ανάλυση από την αρχική φωτογραφία.
Περιορισμός της ευθύνης
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data or harm from decisions taken on the stamp or the seal — including a dispute over a photo’s content.
This limit does not waive mandatory consumer rights: in Brazil, Law 8.078/1990; in the EU and EEA, EU consumer law; in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act; in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law; and any mandatory rule of your country. It also does not waive intent or gross negligence.
Τερματισμός
You may stop at any time: deleting the account erases its server data; uninstalling removes what was on the device. Pro is cancelled where the subscription was made: on the account page, if made through the site, or on Google Play, if made through the Android app. Pro then runs until the end of the period already paid. There is no surprise yearly charge on someone who chose monthly.

Brazilian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and data-protection rules of the country of residence. Forum: the consumer’s domicile; otherwise Santos, Brazil.
Account, quota and subscription
The account is personal. The free plan allows twelve sealed exports in the life of the account, with no card. Lymark Pro lifts that cap while the subscription is paid, at the price of the country of access, charged by the payment processor. Yearly and monthly are distinct choices at checkout — one does not become the other without you choosing.
The price is shown before you pay. Cancellation: any time, for the future; no refund of the period already paid, except where mandatory consumer law requires it (withdrawal, service failure, defect). For a subscription made through the Android app, Google Play is the one that charges you, and a refund request also follows Google Play’s policy. Taxes and the payment method follow the processor and the law of the billing country.
Territory
The service is offered where offering it is lawful. We may refuse, suspend or limit accounts in sanctioned territories or where the offer would break applicable law. That is not a political judgement on regimes: it is the legal limit of the person providing the service.
