These terms govern the Lymark app (com.lycosteam.lymark) and this site, offered by 29.015.357 AMAD ALI HAMMOUD, CNPJ 29.015.357/0001-25, Avenida Ana Costa, 433, Gonzaga, Santos - SP. By creating an account or using the service you agree to what is written here, to the extent permitted by the mandatory law of your country.
Che cosa fa l’applicazione
Lymark overlays time, date, weekday, address and a code on a photo or video, producing a new file with those facts in the pixels. On request it issues a file-integrity seal — whether the JPEG or MP4 is still the one that left the app — without certifying the scene. It is a field-record and proof-of-service tool.
Che cosa l’applicazione non fa
Questo punto è il più importante delle presenti condizioni, e chiediamo che sia letto con attenzione.
- L’applicazione non certifica né autentica nulla. Non è una perizia tecnica, non rilascia documenti con fede pubblica e non costituisce prova peritale. Il timbro registra ciò che è stato indicato al momento dell’acquisizione — non ne attesta la veridicità.
- Tutti i campi sono modificabili dall’utente. Ora, data, indirizzo e codice possono essere alterati liberamente prima dell’esportazione, per scelta progettuale: il professionista deve poter correggere un indirizzo sbagliato dal GPS. La conseguenza è che il valore timbrato riflette ciò che l’utente ha deciso di timbrare.
- L’ora proviene dall’orologio del dispositivo, che può essere errato o essere stato regolato a mano. Non c’è sincronizzazione con un server di tempo affidabile.
- L’indirizzo è una stima. La precisione dipende dal segnale GPS e dalla banca dati del servizio di mappe del sistema operativo.
- Il codice foto non è una registrazione notarile. È un identificatore casuale per riferimento interno, privo di qualsiasi valore probatorio.
- The seal attests the file, not the scene. It checks whether the file changed after leaving Lymark. It does not prove that what appears in the picture happened, and it does not replace a notary, a notarial deed, C2PA or an ICP-Brasil certificate.
- Sending via WhatsApp or another chat may recompress the file. The ink on the image usually survives; checking the seal needs the original file, not the chat preview.
Se il tuo caso d’uso richiede una prova con valore giuridico opponibile a terzi, rivolgiti a un atto notarile o a un servizio di certificazione digitale con marca temporale — Lymark non sostituisce né l’uno né l’altro.
Le tue responsabilità
- Sei l’unico responsabile delle fotografie che acquisisci, del contenuto che vi timbri e dell’uso che fai dei file generati.
- Fotografando persone, proprietà o ambienti di terzi, spetta a te ottenere le autorizzazioni necessarie e osservare il diritto all’immagine, il segreto professionale e la Legge generale brasiliana sulla protezione dei dati personali nei confronti degli interessati ritratti.
- È vietato usare l’applicazione per fabbricare documentazione falsa, indurre altri in errore, simulare l’esecuzione di un servizio non prestato o compiere qualsiasi atto illecito.
- Sta a te conservare copie di sicurezza di ciò che ritieni importante. L’applicazione conserva una cronologia locale limitata, che non è un backup.
Licenza d’uso
Ti concediamo una licenza personale, revocabile, non esclusiva e non trasferibile per installare e usare l’applicazione, anche per fini professionali. Non è consentito decompilare, modificare, ridistribuire o commercializzare l’applicazione, in tutto o in parte.
Le tue foto sono tue. Non rivendichiamo alcun diritto sulle immagini che acquisisci o generi. Il nome, il marchio e l’identità visiva di Lymark restano di titolarità dello sviluppatore.
Disponibilità e aggiornamenti
L’applicazione è fornita nello stato in cui si trova. Non è garantito il funzionamento ininterrotto, né la compatibilità con qualsiasi dispositivo, né vi è impegno su tempi per correzioni o nuove versioni. Le funzionalità possono essere modificate o dismesse.
La qualità dell’immagine esportata dipende dal dispositivo e dal sistema operativo, e può presentare una risoluzione inferiore a quella della fotografia originale.
Limitazione di responsabilità
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data or harm from decisions taken on the stamp or the seal — including a dispute over a photo’s content.
This limit does not waive mandatory consumer rights: in Brazil, Law 8.078/1990; in the EU and EEA, EU consumer law; in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act; in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law; and any mandatory rule of your country. It also does not waive intent or gross negligence.
Cessazione
You may stop at any time: deleting the account erases its server data; uninstalling removes what was on the device. Pro is cancelled where the subscription was made: on the account page, if made through the site, or on Google Play, if made through the Android app. Pro then runs until the end of the period already paid. There is no surprise yearly charge on someone who chose monthly.

Legge applicabile e foro
Brazilian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and data-protection rules of the country of residence. Forum: the consumer’s domicile; otherwise Santos, Brazil.
Account, quota and subscription
The account is personal. The free plan allows twelve sealed exports in the life of the account, with no card. Lymark Pro lifts that cap while the subscription is paid, at the price of the country of access, charged by the payment processor. Yearly and monthly are distinct choices at checkout — one does not become the other without you choosing.
The price is shown before you pay. Cancellation: any time, for the future; no refund of the period already paid, except where mandatory consumer law requires it (withdrawal, service failure, defect). For a subscription made through the Android app, Google Play is the one that charges you, and a refund request also follows Google Play’s policy. Taxes and the payment method follow the processor and the law of the billing country.
Territory
The service is offered where offering it is lawful. We may refuse, suspend or limit accounts in sanctioned territories or where the offer would break applicable law. That is not a political judgement on regimes: it is the legal limit of the person providing the service.
