These terms govern the Lymark app (com.lycosteam.lymark) and this site, offered by 29.015.357 AMAD ALI HAMMOUD, CNPJ 29.015.357/0001-25, Avenida Ana Costa, 433, Gonzaga, Santos - SP. By creating an account or using the service you agree to what is written here, to the extent permitted by the mandatory law of your country.
앱이 하는 일
Lymark overlays time, date, weekday, address and a code on a photo or video, producing a new file with those facts in the pixels. On request it issues a file-integrity seal — whether the JPEG or MP4 is still the one that left the app — without certifying the scene. It is a field-record and proof-of-service tool.
앱이 하지 않는 일
이 항목이 이 약관에서 가장 중요합니다. 주의해서 읽어 주세요.
- 앱은 아무것도 증명하지 않고 인증하지 않습니다. 기술 감정이 아니고, 공적 효력이 있는 문서를 발급하지 않으며, 감정 증거가 되지도 않습니다. 각인은 촬영 시점에 입력된 내용을 기록할 뿐 — 그 내용이 사실임을 보증하지 않습니다.
- 모든 항목은 이용자가 고칠 수 있습니다. 시각, 날짜, 주소, 코드는 내보내기 전에 자유롭게 바꿀 수 있습니다. 설계상의 결정입니다. 현장 전문가는 GPS가 잘못 찾은 주소를 고칠 수 있어야 합니다. 그 결과로, 각인된 값은 이용자가 각인하기로 정한 것을 그대로 보여 줍니다.
- 시각은 기기 시계에서 옵니다. 그 시계는 틀렸을 수도 있고, 손으로 맞춰 놓았을 수도 있습니다. 신뢰할 수 있는 시간 서버와 동기화하지 않습니다.
- 주소는 추정치입니다. 정확도는 GPS 신호와 운영체제 지도 서비스 제공자의 데이터베이스에 달려 있습니다.
- 사진 코드는 공증 등록이 아닙니다. 내부 참조용 무작위 식별자이며, 증거로서의 효력은 전혀 없습니다.
- The seal attests the file, not the scene. It checks whether the file changed after leaving Lymark. It does not prove that what appears in the picture happened, and it does not replace a notary, a notarial deed, C2PA or an ICP-Brasil certificate.
- Sending via WhatsApp or another chat may recompress the file. The ink on the image usually survives; checking the seal needs the original file, not the chat preview.

이용자의 책임
- 촬영한 사진, 그 사진에 각인한 내용, 그리고 만들어진 파일의 사용에 대한 책임은 전적으로 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 제3자의 사람, 재산, 공간을 촬영할 때에는, 필요한 허락을 받고 사진에 담긴 정보주체에 대해 초상권, 직업상 비밀유지의무, 일반개인정보보호법을 지키는 것이 이용자의 몫입니다.
- 거짓 기록을 만들거나, 남을 속이거나, 하지 않은 작업을 한 것처럼 꾸미거나, 그 밖의 위법한 행위를 하는 데 앱을 쓰는 것은 금지됩니다.
- 중요하다고 여기는 것의 백업을 만들어 두는 일은 이용자의 몫입니다. 앱은 제한된 로컬 기록만 보관하며, 이는 백업이 아닙니다.
이용 라이선스
업무용 사용을 포함해 앱을 설치하고 사용할 수 있도록, 개인적이고 철회 가능하며 비독점적이고 양도할 수 없는 라이선스를 이용자에게 부여합니다. 앱의 전부 또는 일부를 역컴파일하거나 수정하거나 재배포하거나 판매하는 것은 허용되지 않습니다.
이용자의 사진은 이용자의 것입니다. 이용자가 촬영하거나 만들어 낸 이미지에 대해 어떤 권리도 주장하지 않습니다. Lymark의 이름, 상표, 시각 아이덴티티는 개발자의 소유로 남습니다.
제공과 업데이트
앱은 현재 있는 상태로 제공됩니다. 중단 없는 작동이나 모든 기기와의 호환을 보장하지 않고, 수정이나 새 버전의 기한을 약속하지도 않습니다. 기능은 바뀌거나 없어질 수 있습니다.
내보낸 이미지의 품질은 기기와 운영체제에 달려 있으며, 원본 사진보다 해상도가 낮을 수 있습니다.
책임의 제한
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data or harm from decisions taken on the stamp or the seal — including a dispute over a photo’s content.
This limit does not waive mandatory consumer rights: in Brazil, Law 8.078/1990; in the EU and EEA, EU consumer law; in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act; in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law; and any mandatory rule of your country. It also does not waive intent or gross negligence.
이용 종료
You may stop at any time: deleting the account erases its server data; uninstalling removes what was on the device. Pro is cancelled where the subscription was made: on the account page, if made through the site, or on Google Play, if made through the Android app. Pro then runs until the end of the period already paid. There is no surprise yearly charge on someone who chose monthly.

변경 사항은 새 업데이트 날짜와 함께 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 게시 후에도 계속 사용하면 현재 버전에 동의하는 것입니다.
준거법과 관할
Brazilian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and data-protection rules of the country of residence. Forum: the consumer’s domicile; otherwise Santos, Brazil.
Account, quota and subscription
The account is personal. The free plan allows twelve sealed exports in the life of the account, with no card. Lymark Pro lifts that cap while the subscription is paid, at the price of the country of access, charged by the payment processor. Yearly and monthly are distinct choices at checkout — one does not become the other without you choosing.
The price is shown before you pay. Cancellation: any time, for the future; no refund of the period already paid, except where mandatory consumer law requires it (withdrawal, service failure, defect). For a subscription made through the Android app, Google Play is the one that charges you, and a refund request also follows Google Play’s policy. Taxes and the payment method follow the processor and the law of the billing country.
Territory
The service is offered where offering it is lawful. We may refuse, suspend or limit accounts in sanctioned territories or where the offer would break applicable law. That is not a political judgement on regimes: it is the legal limit of the person providing the service.
