What Lymark does — and does not

The photo never uploads
The server keeps email and plan. Never the image, never your location. The account exists so the subscription can.
The check
Intact or it doesn’t match. That’s all.
Intact, no seal, or mismatch. Whoever checks sees that. It happens on this device.
Honest limit
Not a notary
Time and address on the stamp are the photographer's declaration. The file can be checked. It does not stand in for public faith.
It is all set out — including what that means under Brazil's LGPD — in the Privacy Policy. Turning off the location permission leaves the app fully functional; only the address field then has to be typed by hand.
