By creating an account or using the service you agree to what is written here, to the extent permitted by the mandatory law of your country.
د اپلیکیشن د کار کولو لپاره
Lymark overlays time, date, weekday, address and a code on a photo or video, producing a new file with those facts in the pixels. On request it issues a file-integrity seal — whether the JPEG or MP4 is still the one that left the app — without certifying the scene. It is a field-record and proof-of-service tool.

- هرې ډګر د کارونکي لخوا ترمیم وړ ده.وخت، نیټه، پته او کوډ د صادرولو دمخه په آزاده توګه بدل کیدی شي، د ډیزاین له مخې: مسلکي باید د GPS غلط پته سمولو وړ وي.
- وخت د وسیلې ساعت څخه راځيد وخت د اعتبار وړ سرور سره هیڅ همغږي شتون نلري.
- پته د اټکل په توګه ده.د دې دقت د GPS سیګنال او د عملیاتي سیسټم د نقشه خدماتو ډیټابیس پورې اړه لري.
- د عکس کوډ د نوټري دفتر کې ثبت نه دی.دا د داخلي حوالې لپاره تصادفي پیژندونکی دی ، د هیڅ ثبوت ارزښت نلري.
- The seal attests the file, not the scene. It checks whether the file changed after leaving Lymark. It does not prove that what appears in the picture happened, and it does not replace a notary, a notarial deed, C2PA or an ICP-Brasil certificate.
- Sending via WhatsApp or another chat may recompress the file. The ink on the image usually survives; checking the seal needs the original file, not the chat preview.

ستاسو مسؤلیتونه
- تاسو یواځې د هغه عکسونو لپاره مسؤل یاست چې تاسو یې واخلئ ، د هغه مینځپانګې لپاره چې تاسو یې په دوی کې ټاپ کړئ او د تولید شوي فایلونو کارولو لپاره.
- کله چې تاسو د نورو خلکو، د هغوی ملکیت یا د هغوی ځایونو عکسونه واخلئ، دا ستاسو پورې اړه لري چې اړین اجازې ترلاسه کړئ او د عکس حقونو، مسلکي راز راز او د شخصي معلوماتو د ساتنې عمومي قانون ته په پام سره د انځور شوي موضوعاتو په اړه پام وکړئ.
- د یو غلط ریکارډ جوړولو، د چا په ګمراه کولو، د هغه خدمت د ترسره کولو سملیټ کولو لپاره چې نه دی چمتو شوی یا د کوم غیرقانوني عمل ترسره کولو لپاره د اپلیکیشن کارول منع دي.
- دا ستاسو پورې اړه لري چې د هغه څه بیک اپ وساتئ چې تاسو یې مهم ګورئ. ایپ محدود محلي تاریخ ساتي ، کوم چې بیک اپ ندی.
د کارونې جواز
موږ تاسو ته د اپلیکیشن نصبولو او کارولو لپاره شخصي، بېرته اخیستل کیدونکی، غیر انحصاري او نه لیږد وړ جواز درکوو، په شمول د مسلکي موخو لپاره. د اپلیکیشن د ټول یا جزوي ډول د تحلیل، تعدیل، بیا توزیع یا بازار موندنې اجازه نلري.
ستاسو عکسونه ستاسو دي.موږ د هغه انځورونو په اړه هیڅ حق نه لرو چې تاسو یې واخلئ یا تولید کړئ. د Lymark نوم ، نښه او لید هویت د پراختیا کونکي ملکیت پاتې کیږي.
د لاسرسي او تازه کولو
د دې اپلیکیشن په خپل حالت کې وړاندې کیږي. د هرې وسیلې سره د دوامداره کار کولو تضمین نشته، او نه هم د اصلاحاتو یا نوې نسخې لپاره د مهال ویش لپاره کوم ژمنتیا.
د صادر شوي انځور کیفیت د وسیلې او عملیاتي سیسټم پورې اړه لري او ممکن د اصلي عکس په پرتله د ټیټې ریزولوشن وي.
د مسؤلیت محدودیت
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data or harm from decisions taken on the stamp or the seal — including a dispute over a photo’s content.
This limit does not waive mandatory consumer rights: in Brazil, Law 8.078/1990; in the EU and EEA, EU consumer law; in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act; in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law; and any mandatory rule of your country. It also does not waive intent or gross negligence.
د تړلو تړون
You may stop at any time: deleting the account erases its server data; uninstalling removes what was on the device. Pro is cancelled where the subscription was made: on the account page, if made through the site, or on Google Play, if made through the Android app. Pro then runs until the end of the period already paid. There is no surprise yearly charge on someone who chose monthly.

د تطبیق وړ قانون او فورم
Brazilian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and data-protection rules of the country of residence. Forum: the consumer’s domicile; otherwise Santos, Brazil.
Account, quota and subscription
The account is personal. The free plan allows twelve sealed exports in the life of the account, with no card. Lymark Pro lifts that cap while the subscription is paid, at the price of the country of access, charged by the payment processor. Yearly and monthly are distinct choices at checkout — one does not become the other without you choosing.
The price is shown before you pay. Cancellation: any time, for the future; no refund of the period already paid, except where mandatory consumer law requires it (withdrawal, service failure, defect). For a subscription made through the Android app, Google Play is the one that charges you, and a refund request also follows Google Play’s policy. Taxes and the payment method follow the processor and the law of the billing country.
Territory
The service is offered where offering it is lawful. We may refuse, suspend or limit accounts in sanctioned territories or where the offer would break applicable law. That is not a political judgement on regimes: it is the legal limit of the person providing the service.
